Mobility for Jira - Basic App Reviews

Had issues logging in, but resolved. Key functionality required purchased version.

It keeps telling me my login details are incorrect when they are not. I have triple checked the login details and the UN/PWD! Pity!

My company uses Atlassian-hosted JIRA, but we use Our company Google password to login. This app has no way to log in to such an account. Dont waste your time downloading it if you are in the same situation as me.

Im not sure this app works anymore. It always says "authentication error" no matter what when you login. Enjoy!

The app needs to look for common mistakes made by users on the login screen. Like using an email address instead of user id when connecting to a Jira Cloud URL. They should also provide a link to their support page in the app where most of the FAQs are about login issues. This isnt insanely tough to do and would prevent a lot of one star reviews.

Free version is no better than the web which is already paid for. Any actions require Pro, which is pretty dumb since that version has in app purchases, this free version could too. Uninstalled instantly.

"Authentication error" despite valid credentials. Utter garbage.

Cant justify anything beyond 1 star when the app does not allow proper login :(. Neither email nor regular username works.

Will not let me log in. Continually prompts for CAPTCHA to be entered correctly, regardless of whether or not it is entered correctly.

This app keeps telling me I cant authenticate.

Very useful, makes quick reference of JIRAs pleasant, even if it doesnt support enough to be the primary app.

Keeps saying the CAPCHA is wrong even though it is correctly entered.

I hope the 4.0 Pro changes come to this version soon as well.
